How to Boycott a Boycott? Get Your Starbucks On.

This Housewife from Seattle remembers a couple years back when the decision was fresh on the minds of Starbucks drinking people. The decision that each Starbucks store would uphold the laws of the state that it resides. Talk about ruffling some feathers. Several groups tried then to stage boycotts, boycotts against a company for following state laws. Those boycotts failed at creating the dent in the money Starbucks was bringing in.

Fast forward 2 years and here we are again, The National Gun Victims Action Council (NGAC) plans to boycott Starbucks on Valentine’s Day February 14th 2012. A boycott they hope will hurt Starbucks financially and cause the company to reconsider its stand on their policy. The CEO of NGAC stated “Our boycott will reduce Starbucks’ stock price by an amount no rational company would allow”. Seems there are far more gun supporting law abiding people out there that won’t let that happen. So on Valentine’s Day do what a lot of other Second Amendment Right loving folks are doing and support a company that supports the laws of the land.

Will you Boycott the Boycott?
